Andréas began his professional career in the European Rocket Industry in France as project manager for the measurement equipment of Ariane 5’s engine. Back in Switzerland, he worked for several industrial equipment and processing companies in technical, operational and general management positions. He joined Pasan in 2007 and ensured the development the company.
Born in Zürich, Switzerland, Andréas speaks French, German, English and Spanish. He graduated from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne and holds an MBA from the HEC Lausanne. He is married with two kids.
CTO
Pierre’s first job was head of a calculation and control group at Oscilloquartz, a quartz crystals manufacturer in Neuchâtel. He later worked in the watchmaking industry for 7 years. He founded his own company in 1979, company that became Belval SA in 1983 and Pasan SA in 2008.
Born in Boudevilliers, Switzerland, Pierre graduated at the Neuchâtel engineering school in 1970. He speaks French and English. He is married.
Head of Sales & Service
Rajesh has work as both consultant and full time employee in several companies in the IT and RFID industries, and occupied different roles in sales/marketing as well as in operations. This has given him the opportunity to manage teams in a matrix environment as well as leading a team of direct reports.
Born in Madras, India, Rajesh is trained as a physicist and obtained a PhD in optoelectronics from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He is married and the happy father of three children.
Head of R&D
Born in Valais, Patrick studied Micro engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. He greatly appreciates Neuchâtel and its lake.
After his first experience in Winterthur, Patrick's professional baselines were settled: languages and multidisciplinary. Understanding customers' needs and negotiating with suppliers require cultural and communication skills. On the technical side, Patrick is very keen on learning new fields of activity. The key parameters to success: master your technologies and combine them to extend technical boundaries. David has many years of experience in finance that led him to specialize in the areas of financial analyzing, budget, cost and controlling. During his career in different international companies, the various positions he held led him towards management and team leading. Meanwhile, he improves his profile by graduating as a Swiss certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling.
Born in La Ferrière, Switzerland, he chose to stay around and establish his family in Villars, a little town close to Neuchâtel. He is now the proud father of twins.
With his great experience in acquisitons and supply chain, Giuseppe held several leader positions in medical, watch and vacuum industry. He always manages his subordinate toward goals achievement, such as reducing overall cost.
Born in Delémont, Switzerland, he speaks French, Italian and German. He graduated from the Federal Swiss Association for Acquisition, in Aarau. He is the proud father of a boy.
