All Pasan equipments are based on xenon single-flash technology, giving closest approach to spectral irradiance of sun, with negligible heating of module or cell to be tested. Pasan systems are developped with high-accuracy in mind.

The most important parameter is light uniformity on device under test. Pasan Cell Testers and Sun Simulators largely exceeds requirements of most demanding IEC standards.
