The sun, the way a satellite sees it, at array scale. HighLIGHT SAT is a large-area AM0 platform for the multi-junction cells and panels that power spacecraft, current-matching every junction so the limiting current and the true efficiency are what you measure, not an artefact of the lamp.

Every junction, current-matched.

A 3J, 4J or 5J stack only performs when its sub-cells are balanced. SAT illuminates each junction's band correctly so the limiting current, and the true efficiency, is what you measure, with junction-specific I–V, Jsc, Voc and fill factor.
